The Dip
- 8oz. block of cream cheese (SOFT)
- 3 tbls. Of UTC Mustard (your choice of flavor)

Mix, add more or less mustard
to your liking.
[ENJOY ON CRACKERS, TORTILLA CHIPS, BAGELS, VEGETABLES or
PRETZLES. KIDS LOVE
THIS DIP!!]

SALAD DRESSING
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of UTC Mustard (your choice of flavor)

Mix all ingredients until well
blended

SEAFOOD DIP
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup UTC Mustard (your choice of flavor)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbls. Sweet relish
·
Combine all ingredients and
refrigerate one hour

MEAT MARINADE
IT’S SIMPLE:
·
Take any meat of your choice.
Place meat (cover in UTC
Mustard) in a zip-lock
bag. Close, shake
well, & refrigerate
overnight. Cook as
desired.

JERKY
·
Soak thinly sliced meat
in UTC Mustard and
refrigerate overnight.
Strip off excess of
mustard and place in a
dehydrator for recommended
time
|
|
CHICKEN WINGS
One bad of frozen wings
One
jar of UTC Mustard
Place
single layer of wings on
baking sheet, paint with
mustard and bake according
to package instruction for
best results.
